Missing geepas torch from the box

Hello we bought two geepas torches but the torches in the boxes are missing. Only the battery and the adapter is there. Feeling cheated. I'm sure someone flicked the torch at the store leaving behind empty boxes. We hadnt checked the boxes while picking it up assuming the quality check at Carrefour is good. Now it's an out right loss. What can be done??
