I have missed delivery of the tv guide in the Sunday paper for months now. I have called and called and finally stopped calling as it did no good. One person I spoke to even said she would request another carrier for me so I would get the tv guide portion. Calling doesn't seem to do any good as nothing gets done. I also missed the paper one day last week. I expect better service for the price I pay for delivery of the newspaper since the cost of a subscription keeps going up and the quality gets poorer and poorer.
