Truck driver use to pick-up area on tuesday 11am . New driver comes to pick-up before 7am. So I have two weeks of trash. No help from customer service. she told me to put it out the night before. There are coyotes and other animals that can get into trash left out overnight. I prepay for services I am not getting. That is called FRAUD. Maybe I should address this with a lawyer. User's recommendation: Don't trust this company. You are not important to them.
