Good Morning. I confirm that I contacted the TKMaxx Custom Service first by phone, prior to 19.06.21 when I contacted them through the website. Unfortunately, to date I have not been contacted and have not received any response in the form of an email or refund. I confess to being very disappointed. I hope to resolve this inconvenience as soon as possible. I have always been a loyal customer of this company and never expected to be treated so negligently by this company. I hope everything is resolved as soon as possible. User's recommendation: speed up dissatisfied customer service.
