Booked a mowing since we were on vacation. I usually mow myself. The job was accepted but no one showed up as scheduled. No update from the App. Then two day later it was reassigned, but we were already on our way back home. What's the point of booking a date when they don't show up?? When we got home, the lawn was severely damaged in some areas by the weight of the mower causing tire marks of dead grass. The rest of the grass didn't look cut but just "pushed over" by their mower. I had to mow the lawn again in 2 days. So much for "letting the pros do it".... Customer service offered a 10% off next service. So generous (sarcasm)...found an online coupon for more. Never again Plowz & Mowz! Hope this discourages others from using your service.
