Misrepresented their affiliation with Reader’s Digest

I was contacted by phone by 2 different people offering me a big discounted rate with Reader's Digest because of all the years I had been a subscriber. I said I did not give information over the phone. They offered to send me a letter, which they did. I received a second letter on September 15, 2014, thanking me for choosing Publisher's Marketing Bureau ( which I never told them I did). They included a bill for $71.85 DUE NOW. I called Reader's Digest, and they have no affiliation with this group. I am keeping the letters, and I am not sending them any money.
