Misprinted photo book, no customer service

Got the 2nd of 2 identical photo books but the 2nd on had missing pages, blank pages and duplicate pages. No resolution of problem after 3 emails and almost 2 months of waiting....!!!! Very disappointing considering past orders and customer service was satisfactory... User's recommendation: I will look elsewhere for my next photo album printer and suggest you do the same!
