Last year I ordered chrome mirror caps for my 2011 Chev Silverado LTZ 4wd crew cab. Last month I noticed that the chrome was getting all crinckley. I went to the AM websight and looked the caps up and found out there is a 10 year warranty on them. I then proceeded to the process of notifying AM about the problem. They responded within 24 hrs and then 8 hrs later I received a response that they were shipping my replacements at no cost. I'm very satisfied with the way AM took care of this. User's recommendation: A1 or 5 stars or 10 stars whatever rating system you want to use.
