Mini Excavator didn’t work even 1/2 the week we had it and would not credit anything.

Equipment broke after a day, they sent someone out and never could fix it, but they charged full price for the broken equipment. They said they would charge our account when they picked up the equipment but they charged it that day, you don't tell your customer one...
