Ok, so i signed up with these idiots and here's what has been going on Took 3 -5 days to signup, was very quick and very less documents were required, almost none basically. Got an account with them for 5.5% VISA/Mastercard processing We Agreed on 10% rolling Reserves for 6 months, 14 Days Settlement Delays. Week 1 - We processed a couple of payments, 80% decline rate, raised the issue with them Week 2 - Decline Rate was continued, Raised the issue with them this time and they contacted us and said they switched us to another processor by the end of Week 2 Week 3 - Decline Issue was resolved, 90% of payments were going through and things were getting back on track Week 4 - Things were working good, no issues with Declines whatsoever - Support Was Good too. Week 5 - Time to get my first payment from Week 1 - Received the Payment but, Rolling Reserve policy was changed without prior notice to 15% for 3 months. (The issue here is not with the change in rolling reserve % or Duration, but is actually the fact that they never informed us of the change and went ahead to apply their own rules and regulations) Week 6 - Got my payment from Week 2, 40% was deducted other than the 15% settlement delays, reason stated was my processing Volume in Week 2 was very low so the Banks held 40% for this reason. ( Do note that in Week two, Decline Rate was almost 900%, no transactions were going through so my Low Volume was solely because of their systems screwups ) Week 7 - Got my Payment from Week 3 including the 40% from week two that they held after a hard negotiation and talk - Decline Rate was Stable Week - 8 - Got my Payment from Week 4 - Decline Rate was Stable Week - 9 - Got my Payment from Week 5 - Decline Rate was Stable Week - 10 - Payments were not Sent - I did not raise an issue, thought they'd send it next week Week - 11 - Payments were not Sent - I raised an issue with them, said they had some issue with the bank and are resolving it Week 12 - Payments were not Sent - Raised an issue with them - Said the banks are loading the chargebacks into the systems and they have to wait for complete chargebacks lists from the bank - Pretty dumb excuse to hold payments for 3 weeks and what was the purpose of a Rolling Reserve anyways ? Week 13 - Payments Still not SEnt - This guy on Skype (Their Support) repeatedly promised funds would be released almost 2 weeks ago, so far, nothing and they're just pushing the whole deal to next week, promising me payments next week on all weeks, However, the same was promised almost 3 weeks ago too and we're still 4 Weeks late on Payments Week - 14 - Will keep you updated (The guys promised me funds on 3 Weeks payments will be sent in this week) Do note that even if they send in payments on 3 Weeks, they're still late on 1 Week of Payments To be updated Soon.. Below here are Chat Transcripts between me and them over the past couple of Weeks (Notice how the Guy starts to talk in circles and makes no sense by the end of the Conversation) Active Merchants : sure when the payment comes in .. it will only comes in after deducting charegbacks and refunds Active Merchants : it cannot be paid before deducting chargebacks or refunds Active Merchants : I am sorry .. you have to wait and there is not much we can do until it get's deducted and as soon it comes in you get it. becuase we need to add CB's in that statement and deduct the CB's amount and all .. and than only we would be able to pay you the amount I couldn't give you the exact date, becuase we got the word that last week means till yesterday we were getting CB's and your amoutn is save just the wire is not initiated .. because to collect charegbacks and than to deduct the amount and than to send it and yesterday was Friday and till Friday you can see we were adding chargebacks inside the system and hopefully to have it resolve by the end of next week and the payment which is due will be released ME: listen you already uploaded chargebacks for 2 weeks send that payments first why the hell hold it longer ? Active Merchants : NO RESPONSE Week 18 - So here's an update They said i will get my Sept-OCT Payments in January 2011, which is a promise i don't intend to believe and i'm sure they won't follow. They first said they would help us by sending part of the payments to help with the current sales, i never believed that anyways and today they confirmed they won't be helping out and just denied to send any funds. So at this point, our Two months payment is stuck and they would send us on a day, a date i doubt that the funds would arrive. The guy simply wanted to get off skype as soon as possible while we were having a conversation today I hope anyone wanting to sign up with this company just go look elsewhere, if things are too good to be true, they certainly are.
