I am being charged for a membership that I am not utilizing in fear of the COVID-19 pandemic. I called my "home" gym and corporate and neither took responsibility. Instead, I was told I had to pay the fee and only after payment they would be able to freeze the membership. This is blatantly disrespectful and a lack of consideration for the health of their own customers. How is this even allowed. User's recommendation: Change gyms.
