Matter of Trust

My complaint is about the quality of service performed on my vehicle recettly at this “fine establishment” According to the invoice, the list of performed options included, among a long list of checks, lubes and replacements, - tire rotation and brake inspection. Tell me please, can one inspect brake pads/calipers/ cylinders without removing wheels? I agree to give the benefit of dobt that one technically can. But. Can one rotate tires without without removing the wheels? In reality, my car’s right front rim has two markings: a small scratch and a stripped decorative cap on one of the lugs. After the “rotation” performed last Saturday the front right wheel was rotated to the same position. Now, we came to the subject: trust. Would you trust a shop that charges $500+ for the services with the only verifiable job on the car when it was delivered being the carwash? You have to agree, a pricetag for the wash is kind of steep even for a Mercedes. I know I cannot get my money back, but neither can they get my trust back. Telling about my experience on the internet looks like my only satisfaction I am afraid. But you have been made to know, at least, so the choice is yours.
