Over a month ago, out of the blue, I began receiving unwanted and unsolicited email from Dot & Bo. I tried numerous times to unsubscribe, contacted customer service, even messaged them trough Facebook. On 02/23, their customer service department emailed me stating I had been removed from their email distribution. This was clearly a lie, or further demonstrates their unprofessionalism and incompetence, as I have received daily marketing email from them since that date. I have continued to request to be unsubscribed, continued to contact customer service, with no response and no resolution.
