My first time visiting your establishment and was exciting by trying something new. I visited the American Deli on 4471 Summer Ave, Memphis, TN 38122 I read some of the reviews for this location and we share the same experience. Ashley the Assistant Manager on Duty ... No Hello Welcome to American Deli. No knowledge of a suggestive dish you serve Coke machine was running carbonated water and I love cokes, No heads up that coke was out. No courtesy of a Thank You when i paid for my order. Then when I asked to see a Manager on poor customer service Ashley said she was a Manager and I politely told her about my experience and she quoted I was very nice, well I replied I hate to see you on a bad day. Food was excellent I commend but I will not return with lack of customer service . Everybody has a bad day. there is no need to be rude.
