I am very upset with the Encino store. This is the 3rd time that they have forgotten something in my order and mind you I'm ordering catering for an office meeting. They tell me I can pick it up or they can give me a credit. Neither, I paid for $35 for delivery AND I have to go pick it up. Very unprofessional. They say they don't have anyone to delivery it but they did the first 2 times. I'm literally right down the street. All those people working there, I know someone could have brought it. Like I said they made a way twice. They need to triple check orders before delivering.
