For at least 3 years I have called and written letters to VIA Benefits to add Prominence as a choice for the Medicare Advantage plans. My husband has Prominence and I am stuck having to use VIA choices. The difference between Prominence benefits and Sr. Care Plus is night and day! Now for the 4th year Prominence still not available. I am a retired State of Nevada employee and lose my life insurance benefit if I don't use VIA. I am extremely unhappy with VIA Benefits!!! User's recommendation: Go somewhere else if you can.
