Claiming it was my radio but funny how in parts of Miami where I live, there is no problem, but after multiple re-setting there is no better progress throughout the state when I travel. Customer Service was of no help in resolving my issues. The promotional rate in the small print locks you in for a year. Customer service reps are like talking to the wall.
