Luggage on another ship/poor customer relations

Our cruise was March 18-25 from Ft Lauderdale to 3 islands. We purchased from Princess the transfers from the airline to the ship. Upon boarding the bus we learned there were passengers for both the Carribean and the Regal ( our ship) the driver stopped first at the Carribean and asked those leaving to make sure their luggage was on the carts to the ship. He then said it would not be necessary to check ours and he would unload it. We arrived at our room and then proceeded for the safty training and lunch. We returned to our room and the hallway was full of luggage except ours! I began calling customer service for a total of 5 times over the next several hours and wait time to get a person over 25 minutes!! I asked repeatedly for them to check the other ship. Finally, around 10:30 we were told it was on the other ship! And that we would not have until Wednesday!! I repeatedly asked about tooth brush and toothpaste and something to sleep in. I was told they would pick up our laundry the next day. I explained again we would be naked in out cabin! They finally agreed to bring robes and toothpaste and brush. We had been in the same clothes since 3;00 am that morning traveling to the airport and ship! Finally after two more phone calls and long wait times at midnight we received two robes( too small to close) and toothpaste. Over the next two days we called multiple times asking for combs, underwear, etc. we had no swimsuits so could not attend pool activities, Princess Cays Island, formal night, etc. we missed 3 1/2 days of activities of a 7 day cruise. Worse then losing the luggage was the repeated poor responses to their mistake! I’ve been an Executive for 35 years and NEVER ever would have treated customers the way they repeatedly did!!!! They should have assigned a person to us thru the stay, acknowledged it was on another ship quicker, provided money for a swimsuit, tanning lotion, cover up , sleepwear and have other then men’s underwear in gift shop, essentials for grooming and arranged for laundry to be returned sooner! It took me until Tuesday to get them to pick up our laundry and return in two hours!!! Princess not only dropped the ball but they smashed it! They did credit $150 to each account and told us to buy suits on Princess Cays but they were all bikini’s!!! We are NOT that size. When we returned to buy on ship of course it was closed as were docked! I am a Platium member and my guest is Ruby. What a joke! We expect full reimbursement for our cruise and flight. We would not have flown to Ft Lauderdale if we weren’t going on YOUR cruise.
