Lotus Trader has no idea what customer service is

I was a big fan of Lotus Trader's clothing and had purchased quite a lot of their product. I received one item that must have been packaged while the dye was wet because when I received it is was extremely smelly. I tried contacting their ebay store and received no response so I left neutral feedback explaining my issue. I was contacted and told if I was going to leave neutral feedback they would block me..and they did. Such a poor business plan for keeping your customers. Your company lost my business and I will be blogging about your company's bad policies soon. Potential customers should know how little you care about them.
