Lose two hundred dollars

I bought a $200 hundred Dollars steam card and sent it to a friend and they said the card was all ready use so I went back to where I got the steam card and the store told me to go on line to contact you so I did and could not get to you and I try to get a phone number for you and could not get thought all I what is my money back that I lose which was two hundred dollars No I do not have picture but I have the card and the receipt User's recommendation: due not buy any steam cards from from fast card.
