Locked In twice

I have been locked in twice. Makes no sense to lock the gate not allowing people to leave after hours. Then there's no number to call and after looking the number up I was then scolded by both the customer service and the property manager and told the police have to come and let me out, after about 30 min they magically had a gate code to let me out. At the least they should do a sweep of the property to make sure everyone is gone. Allow customers already on property to exit the gate or have an after hours line posted at every gate. User's recommendation: Check the reviews before renting a unit.
