Loading basket not working. Too many copies of curio collection. No way of reducing number of copies. Why am I have a problem with this?

I am trying to purchase 1 copy of the curio collection but the basket will not load! I have tried time and time again and it is very annoying. Your products are great but the ordering method is not! I have just spent two valuable hours trying to get my copy and to no avail. User's recommendation: At the moment I don't think you would like my recommendation.
