Is Nacel Properties Ltd licensed? Hello, I have recently moved into an apartment suite at 1555 East 6th Avenue, Vancouver, BC. I was completely misled about the condition of the suite upon moving in . Building has: Cockroach infestation, Beetles, Spiders, Bed Bugs, Parking lot is not available for use, it is full of old furniture, homeless people and floods. Laundry room only has 2 machines, Mailboxes are unsecured, my box was opened when I came home the other day, Electrical problems, Floods, Poor Locks on suite. There was no front door lock at all for a long time upon moving in. All this has happened to us within a month and worst of all I cannot get a hold of anyone to help us, there is no on site manager available because there are 10001 problems. This woman who is in charge of most of the operations name is GENA! Watch out for her! I mean you don't have to, she never answers the phone! EVER! Nacel Properties is impossible to get a hold of it seems. :( what are we suppose to do :( We have no one to call if things go wrong. which everything is going terribly wrong :( If you guys are giving out licenses to people like this, that is really unfortunate and you might as well rename yourselves as partners in crime and poverty in metro Vancouver.
