on 12/2/16 they called our home and outright lied to us, telling us they were taking over long distance for verizon and wanted certain information verified and tricking my wife into switching long distance, immediately we caught this and called and cancelled this and called our phone provider to have a stop to this switch. Long distance america is nothing but a scam and use out right lies to get people to switch carriers. BEWARE OF LONG DISTANCE AMERICA and their lies and scams!!! This a company that NEEDS to be investigated and shut down as a total fraud. Anyone who receives a call from long distance america needs to file a consumer complaint and a notify your phone carrier of the call.
