When I used the Lenovo loaded software diagnostics, it stated unit was OUT OF WARRANTY BACK IN 2019, WHICH MEANS THE UNIT WAS 2018 MODLE! My son, (his gift and user) opened an incident report #[protected] Selling used units as new is ILLEGAL, AND I demand a full refund ASAP. Shame on Office Depot.
