I shopped every dealer in 4 counties before landing on their lot and I sure wish I would have went there first! Palm Harbor, Clayton Homes and Oakwood all sized up my ability to purchase before they even had my information or had a chance to verify it. Matt Morris in the Gainesville, and the GM there both made me feel welcome from the minute I walked in the front door. Instead of just turning me loose on the lot to look at homes, they took the time to ask me questions about what I wanted. From there, they made the process super easy. Straight forward pricing, easy in-house financing (one page application!) and was able to deliver the unit a full 2 months earlier than any of the others said they could. If you need a home, you should go find a Legacy Housing lot. If you're in Gainesville, they're right off I-35!!!!!
