Took a trader policy out with these February and the company they used went bankrupt now i know it was out of their this happening but its the way they have handled it. I had an email on the friday 11th stating the situation and that one of their representatives would be intouch to discuss my options. Had no phone call. Contacted them to see the situation and they calmly told me i had no cover for my car and had none since alpha announced they had gone bust. My partner haď been left driving arounď with no insurance for 3 days. I had been reading that other brokers had managed to get their customers into other policies without any payment being effected no their cover. I was told by these that i had to go back into a sales que to get new quotes and of course more money spending out probably includes their fees. My partner had to leave the car where at her works. This company is terrible no help at all as long as they can get money out of you they after sales none existent shocking service
