So I have been a customer of Culligan water since 2013. On Tuesday we came home to the new 5 gallon water bottle had leaked all 5 gallons of water through their dispenser on my BRAND NEW 2 MONTH old luxury vinyl planking floor and it went under it leaking down to the basement. Culligan came out said bottle had a crack but their insurance co refused to pay because we placed it on hardwood LOOKING floor. Where the *** else did you think I was going to put the dispenser???? So now I have to have the whole floor ripped up and start from scratch. If you us culligan be careful they cover NOTHING
