Mother took 3 lawnmowers in for work and tune ups. work was on one mower a flywheel key and belt work on another was an ignition coil and Tune ups on all three. Tune ups included Sharpen and Balance blade (most complicated and time consuming part, only part most people cannot do to their own mower) Change Oil, Air Filter service, replace spark plug, clean unit, and a complete check over. All 3 mowers blades had not been touched, all 3 mowers had not been cleaned, checked over, or air filters checked and 2 didnt even get spark plugs and one was finger tight. They kept them for 20 days, and spent 10 min on each tune up charging $290 for parts and labor and when complaining Owner dave said and i quote "you need to stop being a disrespectful, nit picky little *** i wanted the work done or the money back. He finished the work but im sure gets away with it with any woman who does not lift her mower up to check repairs.
