laptop yoga 2; keypad & mouse not working

I deposited my said laptop to lenovo service centre on 04th feb 2017, but till date (25days) , the team is not able to fix the problem. Reason - company doesn't have parts for said brand. 1. If parts are not manufactured, why the product is sold to consumer... ! 2. The laptop is 14 month old, is it worth investing 60k for non-serviceable product/brand! 3. My work schedule is effected, no alternate options provided by lenovo team, is the brand trustworthy!!! I strongly request lenovo team to repair the laptop in specified period or replace the laptop or return the money. Regards Varghese thomas
