I hired them for a major cleanup of my 1 1/2 acre property. They did not schedule as many men as they thought they needed and ran over their time estimate. The owner decided to walk off the job despite my efforts to get them to finish the work. I can only conclude that they had another job that was more valuable to them. The owner knew exactly what he had to do to keep out of trouble and I can only conclude that this kind of treatment is not new to him. If he ever does it again to someone, just remember that you do not have to pay anything at all if the contractor walks off the job.
