Lack of response to my calls salesman

I was to get my wheels buff out before my 1-year anniversary of buying my vehicle. Call a week and a half prior to anniversary to the salesman to set it up or give me a phone number. He was to call me or text the number never heard from him then I got an email saying it was my anniversary. Call back after several attempts(had to call on his personal cell to get him on the phone) I got him on the phone told him I needed the number took about 10 minutes to get it. I told him that it was past one year, and he told me it wouldn't matter but when I call to set it up they told me it was too late. I called Earl Roach back and left a voice mail and I haven't heard back from him. This is the second time since I bought this vehicle that he has given me the run around. Because of his lack of response now I won't be able to get my wheels polish out plus had to deal with this unprofessional person.
