Lack of response on an online purchase qu

I placed an order just past 4pm on Sunday 3 May for R4042.84 using my email address (see payment ref). It included a king size duvet, two sets of Calvin Klein underpants, a mattress cover, a pair of joggers (Nike) and men's PJ pants. There was a reference number at the close of the purchase but I assumed it would be mailed and it wasn't so didn't write it down. Also if I log in to Edgars now, there is no order reflecting. I am honestly shocked by the lack of engagement and response from Edgars, despite the commitment to a 48 hour turnaround. I have made numerous attempts to engage via multiple channels (emails, the online comms channel and the customer service number), with no response for 18 days.
