Lack of customer support online, constant runaround, no customer service phone number

I paid for a yearly subscription and was also paying a monthly subscription due to confusion of online ordering, now I cannot access the service even though my GOLD yearly subscription is good through 3/2020. after several attempts at a resolution they keep suggesting I Had another account, I have requested SEVERAL times for a refund and or a phone number to come to a resolution,A company this big should take care of its customer base! User's recommendation: Do not trust their online ordering and resolution process, they take your money and then give you the runaround online.
