Kunn Store – No product, No Replies

I purchased a Christmas toy for my grandson on Nov. 14 2017 and still waiting for it today December 2nd. They shipped it out and recalled it back to shipper according to FedEx. Multiple emails and phone called to Kunn Store for status without a reply as of today. I'm guessing they are using a drop shipper and are having credit problems. I called my credit card company to cancel payment and reordered from Amazon. A word to the wise, "Be Very Careful" if you by from this merchant. You may not ever receive your order and miss a gift giving date. Stick with a reputable online merchant. I learned my lesson.
