Kid’s image “lost”

I ordered school pictures at the beginning of the school year (Oct 2020), and haven't received them. I called the school secretary, who got in touch with her contact at LifeTouch. They "can't find an image" for my kid, so have reimbursed us. User's recommendation: If you haven't gotten your school pictures, I recommend asking someone at the school to contact them for you.
