I would not put any trust in Plumbers Success International. The person they employ to train other plumbers, Keith Glass, doesn't appear to have a clue what he's doing. He tried to do renovations on his own his condo unit and caused three separate water leaks into the unit below by trying to replace a water heater w/o a city permit, breaking a drain pipe in the wall from the shower, and butchering valves on his washing machine. You would think someone that negligent would simply pay the other owners and tenants for the damage and disruption he caused, but Keith Glass insists on threatening and harassing anyone who dares to complain and disclose about his incompetence.
