There is nothing wrong with my internet. It is Hallmark. I have used 2019 for two years and now all of a sudden I keep getting an error on my Mac that says I have to be connected to the internet to use Hallmark. I guess this is a way for you to purchase a newer version of their software which I will never do again. SHAME ON YOU HALLMARK FOR DECEIVING US! User's recommendation: DO NOT PURCHASE THIS SOFTWARE! IT IS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE OR YOU LOOSING YOUR MONEY!
