First, I would like to tell everyone that this Company is a not worth your MONEY. They are good at creating fees of some sort so they don't have to give a refund back after you cancel their warranty. We paid Dealership $2000.00 cash for a "so Called Deluxe Coverage" from this Company. We paid off the vehicle in August 2018. After waiting 3 1/2 weeks, no response from them. I contacted their customer's service and was told told that they had mailed a letter to the Dealership where we purchased the vehicle. Upon that note she reused to say what was mailed or if there were a refund, I called the Dealership and spoke to someone named Vivian. She took my phone number and promised to call back. After three weeks, I called Vivian back and was told that she didn't get any letter. She ask if she could call me back and I said "no". I waited on the line for more that 20 minutes until She could verify the request. She returned to the phone and told me that it was sent to the wrong Dealership and promised to get a copy in the mail the next day. October 2018, I received a letter with no signature stating the following: Amount paid out for Claim: $1188.42; Cancellation fee: $25.00. An unearned Pro-rata commission fee $419.00. Refund amount: $0. I still can't get any one to explain what a Pro-rata commission is, This is not listed any place on my service agreement contract. I believe this is unfair business practice. I am reporting this to the State Attorney General's office, maybe they can get some answers.
