My university purchased a printer that came with expired ink, damaged and broken rollers and when I finally got the thing to print not knowing it needed a RIP software it printed the entire 4' x 8' graphic in a 2' strip. I have tricked it to accept the material and now it prints the full page but it leaves lines throughout the image and the color is horrible and patchy. What a *** piece of equipment!!!! Does anyone have their address???
