I gave up with jkebooks when i registered account through jkebooks I had to load a file of my I.D. and I did now that I want nothing to do with jkebooks I asked for my account to be removed deleted from their system their response was "just dont use it"! I want it completely gone I says ......they are so up and nice to get you in and take your money but when it comes down to customer service they are on the pipe 24/7.....
