Jellyfish lamp not working

I bought a jellyfish tank at the end of May 2020 for my adult daughter. As of November it is not working. I believe that for $80 this product should work longer than a few months. My trans# is 9V301084BS932****. My invoice # is: C127618****5355.1. This is the 3rd email that i have sent your company. I would appreciate your response as soon as possible. Thank
