i have purchased a JBL item 7 months ago but i have problem now item is still under warranty and when i contacted JBL service center they said we will not accept your item as seller from which you have purchased is not authorized, when i called customer service of SNAP DEAL they first said they will compensate then wen i called again they said - do not give any information on seller but get it repaired and also provided unauthorized service center numbers, called again to a diff representative who asked me to get a paper proof stating that the seller is unauthorized in order to resolve this issue. and clearly mentioned this is the only possible solution . WORST service from snapdeal i will make sure that none of them from my circle will shop on snapdeal in coming future
