So it must've been early October/late September of last year when I ordered off of them and a week later, asked about the progress of my order. They said they would get back to me in regards to it and didn't get a response for another week when I messaged them about it again. I STILL didn't get a response -- just an automated message about a family emergency. You'll come to see I will be getting those virtually EVERY TIME I contacted them. I don't get a response until I comment under a facebook post of theirs regarding something of an 80% off sale on everything which in retrospect was probably freaking baloney. They claimed they just needed to know what stones I wanted set into a bracelet I ordered and I thought that sounded pretty promising. So I told them and waited. They asked for this Nov. 2 of 2017. December 14th rolls around and still nothing in the mail so I message again. No response. Message again Jan. 12. A little more agitated now. Finally get a response claiming theres sickness in the family. I'm as nice as can be. I say it's fine and I understand and wait a little longer. Eventually I get fed up and ask for a refund. She tells me it's on it's way after I asked for a refund and I was totally cool with that. Lo and behold, no tracking number. So I ask for one over FB messenger. April 11. STILL NO TRACKING NUMBER! By now I was planning an important move and I could've used any money I could get. I just request a flat refund. I give them my paypal info and they claimed to have sent the money but I got nothing. June 27. I screenshot my paypal page to show I got no money from them at all. I am extremely fed up so I repeatedly message them to get my money back. The lady tells me to send her my address to just get a check so I have to send it to her THREE TIMES. Twice through messenger and once through email. Because apparently scrolling up on a message isn't a thing that exists. I didn't lose a lot of money. $48 maybe. But regardless, I lost money that I work my butt off for. Not for some bs buisness on the internet to steal from me and not exchange for goods I order. I want my money back. Had I been more assertive from the beginning this may not have happened. But I refuse to flush my money down the drain. This is disgusting.
