Booked a car for my son. Pre purchased insurance so upon his arrival to Orlando airport, he informed clerk he already had insurance didnt need it. Well insurance was added anyway, even though we had a policy purchased already, (extra coverage on top of our own) Unfortunately he didnt know what the total should have been and that it was much higher than what I booked. By the time I checked my credit card , and saw the large amount the car was due back next day, Even though he had a copy of the policy purchased a month before specifically for the 5 days of rental, there was no way they were crediting the card! Said it would have had to be noticed next day! I guess lesson learned is these people are out to separate you from as much of your money as they can, up selling everything even when you tell them you dont need something, hoping because the bill is so convoluted you wont realize it within 24 hours at which point youre on the hook! To *** with any kind of customer service!!! I dont understand why Expedia still listing this company
