Item discontinued but i was not credited

On May 5th, 2020 I ordered an SCT tuner/programmer from Corvette Mods. (item #14340). I received an email on May 13th stating the item is no longer available. I responded by email to credit my pay pal account. Since then i have been in contact with their "customer Service" on the phone and via email.&;;;;;;;; have gotten no help either way. they told me (by email) to take it up with my bank (pay pal) which I did but they denied it because Corvette Mods somehow falsified UPS tracking & delivery to my house & allegedly delivered an item on May 20th. Though I knew this was false, I checked my Ring Doorbell video for that day & I had NO deliveries !! I contacted Corvette Mods again by email & they said they can't help me !! I just got SCAMMED & Ripped off of $539.99 from them.
