It has been 5 years since I have been paying extra charges to be an itacard visa sempre presente member with the exclusive intention of getting Gol smiles miles for my points. When I entered program I needed to accumilate 10,000 points to transfer to points. I did not know that points I accumilated would expire every 2 years nor that they would be based on US dollar values versus Brasil values where I live and itaucard is from! so my miles keep expiring every 2 years I found out today! and the points to transfer for gol smiles point are now only woth a minimum of 20,000 points! This is a scam!!!! itaucard keeps changing value!!! They shuld honor value of when I signed on (not knowing my points would expire every 2 years or be based n US dollar values???? why if I live in Brasil ans this is the credit card I use in Brasil? so I have 10,000 plus points that I want to transfer to my Gol Smiles club but I cn only do s if I have 20,000 points???? I spoke to Sabrina and Orlando (supervisor) at Programa de Prontos today prototcolo # 201804****307**** They were unble to transfer my points to my gol mileage program This is a scam I have paid for over 5 years and they keep increasing values to get mileage I want the extra money I have paid for 5 years on this credit card fee!!!! Buyer beware It is false They claim that this is Gol stipulated so I will also open a claim on Gol Smiles Program
