It turned out that not all accounts can be closed in the personal account

I need to close one of my accounts, and I decided to do it through my personal account in online banking. It turned out that neither the desktop nor the mobile version of the banking application was able to close my account. After chatting with technical support, it turned out that the bank has an old and a new version of the software, and my account can be closed in the old version only. I took the time to uninstall the new version of the program from my computer, find and download the old one, but as soon as I entered the application, went to the required page and pressed the button, it turned out that such a page did not work at all… I had to make an additional phone call to the call center and find out what the problem was, but the staff didn’t help me figure out the situation. As a result, I had to go to the bank, write an application and then wait a few more days until my account was closed and the rest of the money was transferred to my other account. It is very inconvenient and I would like the programmers of this bank to create a more modern system. This would help save time.
