I bought a book from my school book store for Spanish to avoid Cengage because I have heard so any bad things. Only to come that I still have to. The website is confusing and doesn't function there log in system sucks and is misleading. I have also heard many stories of fellow classmates not getting there books in time and properly and the worst part is that there " Help line" takes forever to get a hold of someone. Probably because everyone else has a complaint. Overall experienced sucked. Mind you I've been using Cengage for not even 12 hours.
