It’s just OK

I got a one week free trial for Cinemax On November 23, 2019which I was due to cancel today November 30 If I didn’t wish to keep it. I did cancel on the website but it tells me I have Cinemax until December 30. I do not wish to pay for a month subscription . I want to cancel the subscription . please respond. Thank you
